they say i am a dreamer

blind and cannot see

that life consist of living

only to make money

well if that's what i am Lord

wont you care for me

i only want to be like

the man of galilee

 

everyone is watching

everyone is waiting

everyone thinks we are foolish

to live this life like this

 

i have decided that i have only one life to live

so i might as well live it to the fullest

that i might as well live it

as how the Lord would want me to

 

have i heard wrongly?

have i gone astray

even in my weakness

yet you find me lovely

even in my darkness,

yet i know i can still trust in you

 

so is the man of galilee a fool

well, he died for you and i

did this man make a mistake

he took this risk for you and me

 

i dont know what my outcome will be

but if i have to let it all go

i will still say that it was worth it

it was worth the pain and the joy

just to know this man they called a fool

 

so perhaps it takes a fool to dream

cos dreams are foolish and for the fools

so i say again

i only want to be like

the man of galilee - a fool that gave his life for you and me!
