the Lord sent me away from my old refuge place with the words that i belong to the new wineskin (I AM NOT IMPLYING THAT THEY ARE OLD! RATHER, ITS JUST THE WORD GOD GAVE ME AS MY MINISTRY/PERSONAL GOAL I GUESS) so henceforth, i must live my life leaning 100% on my Beloved (Song of Songs 8 : 5) and to be a servant leader whose main goal in life is to persue Jesus and to serve His bride!

 

i have a shawl that i use all the time during my times of worship then. strangely, the day after i left, the shawl shrunk to the size of a doormat!  i felt the holy spirit say loudly and clearly, henceforth, be simple like a servant and be a servant leader!  serve, serve, serve with humility ...

 

so why do i always 'persecute' my neighbours and call them seasoned wine or old wineskin... last sat they celebrated their first birthday and the word the Lord gave me for the leader of the organization is HUMILITY AND KINDNESS ... strange that he would have that as his foundation yet i see him as someone who is seasoned wine ...

 

perhaps the judgements in my eyes, the religious spirit, the pride has clouded my eye and i cant see that the good Lord has created us different yet similiar. we do things differently.  yet God defines us simply by our hearts ... so who is to judge ... who is to really know!

 

perhaps the Lord's using them to teach me what the true new wine and entering into the new wineskin really is about (huh?) ... just humility, kindness and simplicity!  btw, my neighbour has never even heard of the word religious spirit - cos i think in his economy, a christian just follows what the bible says - no need for things to be so complicated!  so perhaps min is right - at the end of the day, the new wineskin is someone who allows the Holy Spirit to be God ... to have His way in our lives and ministry ... everything else i guess is superfluous!
